In House Paralegal

International service provider seeks a commercial paralegal to support two lawyers and form part of a new legal function in central Manchester. One of the lawyers will provide commercial advice to the business and draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements. The other will manage corporate transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial paralegal to gain wide exposure in a growing and acquisitive business.

The role will suit a commercial paralegal with at least one years experience gained in a commercial team either in practice or industry.
