A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Commercial Solicitor to join a well know, regional business, who are leaders in their field.
The company, based in Warrington, are looking for a Commercial Solicitor, to join them In House on a 6 month fixed term basis. The company offer high quality work, and for the right candidate there is also scope for longer term potential.
You will be dealing with a range of Commercial matters and advising upon contracts including IT, IP, construction and general commercial. You will advise the business with regards to statutory and regulatory matters, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, as well as reviewing and updating policies, procedures and legal documentation.
The successful candidate will
- Qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE + (guideline)
- Able to deal with a caseload of commercial matters autonomously to completion
- Exposure to construction matters desirable
