Senior Corporate Lawyer, Cayman

Our client is a large offshore law firm with a vast network of clients, and a global span and reputation. Offering exceptionally high level work, the top ranked corporate team is now looking for a senior and experienced lawyer to deal with all aspects for corporate law and manage a high-end client base.

Taking a leading role where appropriate, the successful corporate lawyer will manage some hefty corporate transactions including, funds, banking, structured finance, capital markets, asset and equity finance. Ideally, candidates will already have knowledge of corporate and commercial law in Cayman. In addition, this role will require managing other people within the team including, junior associates.

Applications are invited from solicitors with at least 6 years PQE of strong private practice experience. This role is open to lawyers who are qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or other common law jurisdiction.
