Highly regarded by the Legal 500 and Chambers this excellent corporate law team works on a range of international, national and regional deals for leading "household name" companies.
The Role:
· To work as an corporate solicitor with a highly regarded corporate law team in Cardiff.
· Broad ranging client's international, national and regional clients with particular strengths in financial services, renewable energy and public sector.
· The team advises on full range of mergers, acquisitions, joint venture, private equity and corporate restructuring matters.
· The firm has excellent infrastructure and is an employer who has won awards for and spearheaded diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
· Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
· Corporate experience gained in a recognised team.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
· Hard working, dedicated lawyer who is willing to go the extra mile for clients.
· Desire to work for a leading national legal practice.
