Dynamic Residential Property Legal Advisor sought for well-accredited law firm in Somerset.
The Firm
Our client is a well accredited and multi-office practice serving the needs of individuals and businesses in the South West and further afield. They are staffed with a dedicated team of experienced lawyers and support staff who pride themselves on delivering tailored services to suit individual client needs. They are now seeking an experienced and equally, client-focused Residential Property Lawyer for their office in Yeovil, on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role
We are now seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join a dynamic practice in Yeovil, on a full-time basis. Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers who have attained a minimum of 3 years PQE within a similar department. Working well within a team, you will be able to handle a diverse and interesting caseload from instruction to completion and advise on general property matters. Your duties will include freehold and leasehold property transactions; sales and purchases; transfers of equity; help to buy; transfers of ownership; trust declaration; ISA; new builds and; re-mortgages.
The successful Lawyer will possess excellent client care and communication skills at all times. You will also be willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives, helping develop the department and firm as a whole. In return, the firm offers an excellent remuneration package including career progression.
The Candidate
Ideally, a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
Strong background in Residential Property matters is essential.
Ability to handle a diverse and interesting caseload under minimum supervision.
Work well in a team and on own initiative.
Possess excellent client skills.
Communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbal and written.
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
Be IT literate.
