Your new role
You will be joining a highly regarded Employment team to support more than 10 fee earners in their work. The tasks will involve a wide range of support work to the team and will include fee earning and admin support. In time, you will be able to manage your own tribunal caseload with the supervision of experienced lawyers.

The employment team deal with a wide range of employment matters including complex litigation, restructures and general advisory work.

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst employment paralegal experience is not a pre-requisite, my client will also consider law graduates with office based employed work experience or current paralegals working in another practice area who have a genuine interest in employment law.

You will have very good academics and be able to work in a team, take instruction as well as use initiative to work alone.
