They are looking to add a forward-thinking Residential Property Lawyer to their team.
The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a passionate and driven Residential Property Lawyer for their Sittingbourne office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least one years’ experience. The work will involve an interesting range of conveyancing transactions including buying and selling property, residential leases and extensions, auction sales, re-mortgages and equity releases. There will be a competitive salary package offered for this Residential Property Lawyer position.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
Have at least one years’ PQE managing property caseloads.
Have experience in residential conveyancing matters.
Be able to demonstrate excellent technical understanding.
Have excellent communication and client care skills.
Be highly-motivated with a passion for property law.
