A smaller UK firm with excellent work
The role will focus on a mix of commercial and corporate work, including: commercial contracts, advising on joint ventures, general company law, reorganisations, buyouts, M&A, drafting SPA's

Candidate requirements
UK qualified lawyer with 2-6 years PQE
Excellent academics
Proven ability to work autonomously
