The Role
A great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive has now arisen in our client's well-established practice in Haywards Heath, Sussex. A hands-on role, you will hit the ground running assisting with the existing workload whilst building your own caseload. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of a mixed caseload of Commercial Property, Company Commercial and or Employment law work. With a proven track record of excellent client care and achieving billing targets, the successful Lawyer will be able to build and maintain strong client relationships, undertaking business development initiatives and a strong commercial approach forms part of your duties.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Solid experience in Company Commercial and Commercial Property work is essential.
Additional experience in Employment law would be highly advantageous.
A high level of commercial awareness is important in applications to the role.
Handle a mixed caseload to meet key deadlines, and under minimum supervision.
Prior experience of business development, with a willingness to become involved in marketing initiatives, would be highly advantageous.
Being personable with clear and concise communication skills would be greatly beneficial.
