A smaller city firm is looking to hire corporate NQs.

The corporate team works on smaller M&A deals with value up to £50M. The role will focus on general corporate, public and private M&A, corporate finance and governance matters.

As a smaller firm they consider themselves to be a personal and friendly firm.

The firm has strong experience in the technology, financial services and natural resources sectors.

Ideal candidate:

* Trained in another UK firm
* Excellent academically
* Relevant corporate experience
