£58,000 - £65,000 (20% tax)
A junior and newly qualified property solicitor is now wanted for the ultimate role and opportunity with one of the leading offshore legal hubs. Known for its top ranked work and success within the property sector, the firm is also well known for its funds and corporate expertise. The property team is now looking for a knowledgeable lawyer who is able to handle both residential and commercial property transactions.
The successful property solicitor will join one of the islands highly regarded groups, managing residential and commercial matters as well as mixed use aspects of property. This will include, development and redevelopment, construction, sales and purchases and leases (industrial and retail).
Applications are invited from candidates who are due to, or have recently qualified, from a well-known law firm. Candidates must have excellent academics and be common law qualified.
This is an exciting junior role for a talented individual to join a leading offshore law firm and property team.
