Hodge Jones & Allen LLP are looking to recruit a Junior HR Advisor to join our small HR team who work closely with staff and Partners.  This is a generalist role that will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manging the firm’s payroll and pension scheme
  • Coordination of employee benefits
  • Manging the family leave processes
  • Assisting the Head of HR on Employee Relation issues
  • Coordination of the graduate recruitment process
  • Maintaining monthly HR reports
  • Advising on policies and procedures
  • Covering for the HR Assistant when necessary
  • Ad hoc duties

You will need to have excellent attention to detail, literacy and computer skills, be methodical and have a flexible and enthusiastic attitude.  Working in an organised manner, paying attention to detail and good time management are also important, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months HR experience. Professional services experience is desirable.
