Our client is an entrepreneurial Biotechnology Company who work with the world’s leading academic institutes and top pharmaceutical companies. Their UK Headquarters is based in Cambridge with offices globally.

Although the company was established in 2007, it is incredibly forward thinking and the culture feels like that of a start-up.

Working very closely with the Head of Legal the Lawyer will be responsible for:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial and corporate contracts.
• Managing the acquisitions involving lots of intellectual property and licensing work.

Skills:

• Experienced qualified commercial lawyer.
• Ability to take on a lot of drafting work.
• Solid IP knowledge.
• An entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Someone who wants to help the Company drive forward and achieve the Company’s growth plans.
• An interest in the Biotechnology business
