Our client, a leading law firm in the City, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with 2 other Recruitment Officers, this role is broad and covers recruitment of Fee Earners from Newly Qualified Lawyers up to Senior Associate level.
You will be managing the end to end recruitment process, liaising with external suppliers including agency briefings, salary benchmarking, writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, screening applicants' CVs and telephone interviewing, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, reporting on hiring data and performance, assisting with the recruitment budget, plus involvement with ad hoc projects.
You will require experience as a Recruitment Officer or Recruitment Assistant in a law firm or from an agency specialising in law firm recruitment. Salary is c.£32-38k plus superb benefits.
