Litigation Solicitor - This large, well established multi office practice based in the Surrey Hills has asked us to find them a further experienced litigation solicitor. The ideal candidate will have c.3+ years’ PQE+ and will need an impressive track record as they will be assisting a highly experienced Partner.
Our client is now looking for a commercially aware solicitor with relevant experience in handing a busy caseload of civil, commercial and property disputes. You will be tasked with taking on a wide range of litigation work. This will comprise of landlord & tenant claims, will disputes, professional negligence, corporate disputes, contract disputes, PI and debt recovery matters.
