My client is a local law firm with a national reach; they have an established place in the market and have a growing reputation. They are a multi-disciplined law practice. Due to expansion within the team they are now looking to recruit for an experienced fee earner

Key Tasks will include but not limited too;

• Handling a case load of up to 180 RTA personal injury claims
• Handling a case load of up to 80 CICA personal injury claims
• Resolving liability
• Requesting medical records
• Arranging medical exams and reviewing incoming reports
• Valuing claims
• Liaising with third party insurers/Solicitors and the CICA to progress claims
• Updating clients
• Undertaking fee earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the RTA/CICA Department.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years' experience in dealing with claimant RTA but over PI experience will be a benefit, you will have experience of portal claims from inception to conclusion, ideally you will have experience of Litigation.
