This 45 fee earner, top rated city practice is looking to acquire high calibre, UK qualified corporate partners to join their successful London office.
Corporate is the real heartbeat of the firm and provides over 80% of all revenues.
Core specialisms within the Corporate team include M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Capital Markets and The Takeover Code, Banking & Finance, Joint Ventures, Reorganisations and Structuring.
The team handles a wide range of corporate transactions for an equally wide range of clients in various market sectors and is ranked as a first tier firm within M & A: deals up to £50million
You will need to have a demonstrable track record of winning business and will be in a position to bring clients with you. In return, they can offer full equity and an excellent working environment (target hours are 1200)
