Senior Legal Counsel - Tech, Procurement, Outsourcing

A leading European bank is seeking a senior IP/IT Counsel to join their busy legal team on an initial 6 month contract based in central London. This role is with a view to extend.

As part of the Global Technical and Procurement team you will be responsible for:

- supporting the bank on IP, technology, DP, outsourcing and procurement matters

- negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements

- acting as a legal adviser to the business

- taking part in business wide initatives and legal projects

- liasing with international offices and key internal stakeholders

To be considered for this role you will be 4+ years PQE as a guide, preferably trained in a reputable firm with subsequent relevant experience in-house. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills and knowledge whilst working effectively as part of a team.

Australian and New Zealand lawyers now based in London with relevant experience also encouraged to apply.
