Your new role
Within your new role you will be working in the housing department. The team deal with sales, purchase, staircasing, re-sales, lease extensions, deed of variation and re-mortgages. Your main duties within the team will be file opening, initial letters, billing, file closures, deeds scheduling, right to buy support, conveyancing, replying to enquiries and issuing plot sales papers among any other ad-hoc duties when asked to do so.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have a degree qualification or similar. You will also have recent experience in real estate, commercial property or social housing. You will have excellent drafting skills, communication skills and be IT efficient.
