Our client, a leading UK law firm is currently looking for a 4+PQE* Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their practice on a six month fixed term contract.
The team is regularly accredited by various legal directories and is ranked in the Legal 500. Successful applicants will work with market leaders and their interesting client base including property investors and traders, retailers, asset managers, offshore funds and developers. This is a genuinely exciting contracting opportunity as upon joining you will have exposure to high-value real transactions. Therefore, applications should be experienced in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant related matters and development sites and schemes. Those applying should also be experienced in portfolio management and property finance.
