Legal Counsel

I am currently working with a rapidly expanding international digital platform who are seeking to add a Legal Manager to their team based in London.

This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to progress their career in a fast paced environment with access to senior stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for;

• Providing commercial, legal advice across the entire business including the preparation of commercial contracts/legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, transfer pricing agreements, financing agreements etc.
• Providing legal support to the business as a whole
• Working with stakeholders to identify and manage any legal risk to the business
• Implementing/Improving methods for improvement in Legal processes

The ideal candidate will be/have;

• A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
• Experience of working in a city law firm or similar In House environment
• Extensive contract drafting experience as well as the ability and knowledge to amend/negotiate terms.
• Fluent in both English and French (Written & Verbal).
• Extensive knowledge of both French & English Law (Ideally dual qualified)
