Your new role
You will be joining a successful team of high performing litigation paralegals - you will be a commercial litigation lawyer with sufficient experience and an ability to lead and motivate a team of fee earners. You will provide technical supervision to the paralegals and be able to offer advice.

Whilst being a supervisor to the paralegals, you will also manage your own caseload. You will work closely with other managers and the director of this high performing team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercial disputes lawyer with previous experience of supervising or managing a team - you will have good technical litigation skills and a keen interest in developing and nurturing talent.
