A fantastic opportunity with a Law Firm based in Altrincham, they are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their successful team of Residential Conveyancers.
You must have previous Residential Conveyancing experience within a Law firm as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in order to be successful in the role. It is essential that you are familiar with the Land Registry and SDLT.
In this Residential Conveyancing role you will be opening and closing files, dealing with The Land Registry and SDLT. You will also have access to some files with super vision for a fee earner.
The salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role is dependent upon your previous experience.
