In-House Counsel –  Corporate Restructuring – Debt Finance Lawyer –Senior Finance lawyer  - London –  4-6 pqe
  
Our client is an independent provider of debt administrative services. The company  are  involved in complex loan restructuring transactions offering services for the debt market.
  
They are looking to expand their growing and dynamic transaction management  legal team with a strong 4-6 pqe Corporate debt restructuring focused finance lawyer preferably with some debt capital markets and structured finance work experience and a particular familiarity with LMA facility documents and cross border multiple party syndicated facilities .
  
The role will  work closely with the Deputy General Counsel in advising the business on a broad range of transactions ranging from direct lending with banks and debt funds to high yield bond issuances and complex debt restructurings.  Services are delivered in connection with corporate debt, acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance and sponsor and corporate led leveraged finance transactions
  
The successful candidate will advise and support a fast-growing global business in a varied range of multi-jurisdictional work and broad exposure to all members of the business, including key stakeholders and key clients.
