We look for people who love direct contact with our clients, so ideally you will have some experience in a customer facing role, excellent communication skills and be highly organised.  We will encourage you to use your problem solving skills to suggest solutions and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.  You will be handling claims from first notification of the incident where you can truly deliver a difference.
