Client Details
My client is a market leader in developing technology content and sharing it with the world. They are looking for a qualified junior lawyer to join their media & content team as a Legal & Business Affairs Executive.
Description
Legal & Business Affairs Executive will be part of an EMEA legal team supporting the acquisition of content and general commercial matters.
Profile
The ideal Legal & Business Affairs Executive will be a UK Qualified Lawyer with a strong training at a top firm or a reputable in-house business.
You will be c 0-3 year PQE*
You will have experience in commercial contract drafting/reviewing/negotiating.
You will have had exposure to media contracts - preferably content related matters.
IP/IT experience would be advantageous.
A passion for interactive content, games, media & global audiences is a must
*PQE is a guideline not a pre-requisite.
Job Offer
The basic package for this role is £50-65k.
