Real Estate PSL

This leading national firm is looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer with previous experience of creating know-how materials

THE ROLE

This role is to work within a Real Estate team which has a wealth of experience dealing with corporate occupiers, developers, investors and lenders across a number of sectors i.

The role will include the following:

-Legal research
-Producing up to date client briefings and legal updates
-Identifying and contributing ideas for the developmental training programme
-Creating and contributing to legal know-how material
-Maintaining the existing Real Estate precedents and producing new precedents where necessary
-Sourcing and sharing relevant and up to date knowledge with clients and the internal team
-Internal and external networking to maintain market knowledge and develop training for clients

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be an experienced lawyer or PSL with extensive experience within the Real Estate sector, who has been an active creator of and contributor to legal know-how materials. Substantial knowledge of the Real Estate sector and market is required, as is experience of networking. You will need to understand the likely practical implications of legal changes and will need to have excellent intellectual and analytical skills.
