This leading Banking and Finance team have both the expertise and high quality work to give a successful individual the opportunity to work on complex and varied transactions, playing a key role from day one.

The team are part of the wider corporate team and are hugely integrated into the wider firm too. Whilst a completely broad practice, acquisition and real estate finance tends to make up a large portion of the work and they have recently made a senior hire to help them build out their leverage finance offering.

The successful individual will need to be commercially minded and keen to be part of a team that are cohesive and supportive of each other at all levels. Training provided has been noted as market leading and the team has been praised on the client exposure junior Solicitors are given. Culture within the team follows a friendly environment with regular team spin classes! Agile working is also fully supported with the flexibility to work from home when desired.

To be successful, you will need to;

• Be 1-2 Years Qualified from a reputable City law firm;
• Commercially minded and enthusiastic to join a team who not only work together as a team but also with various other teams;
• Have a strong academic background;
• Be passionate about truly becoming the best Banking and Finance Lawyer they can be.
