A company, known globally, are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Commercial Solicitor to join them In House, on a 6 month fixed term basis, covering maternity leave.
The firm, based in Sheffield, are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to assist them in their legal department. The business has worked dynamically over the years, and is well known for its innovative advances globally.
You will be dealing with a broad range of commercial matters including; drafting, negotiating and compliance, on a range of contracts. You will also be assisting with various corporate and commercial projects within the legal department. You will provide assistance in the maintenance of policies, contract templates and other relevant documentation and deliver training where required.
The ideal candidate will hold 5 years PQE or over, and have experience in a commercial Law Firm or in-house Legal Department. The role is perfect for a Commercial Solicitor looking to join a very successful company, leading in their field.
