Family Solicitor

Are you a Family Solicitor looking to join a traditional, well-established firm? Do you want a role that combines both fee earning and management? If so, this role in Newcastle upon Tyne could be for you!

Our client is a traditional firm and is well-known in the area for its service and focus on client care. The Family department now has an opening for an experienced Family Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running with a caseload, as well as supervise other team members.

You will be able to pick up a full caseload of Family matters, including divorce, ancillary relief and injunctions, as well as some childcare matters. You will also be responsible for managing the more junior members of the department, meaning you can also further develop your supervisory skills.

Our client is ideally looking for a Family Solicitor with the following attributes:

- Qualified Solicitor experienced in handling a mixed Family and Childcare caseload under no supervision

- Children's Panel membership would be beneficial

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
