Senior Legal Counsel - Pensions

Your new company
This world class investment manager requires a senior legal counsel to support the pension funds business.

Your new role
Your duties will include advising the pensions business on day to day legal matters as well as drafting and negotiating of fund documentation, commercial agreements and other related documents.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer with a demonstrable background of working with and advising pensions funds. Your specialist knowledge will cover applicable law & regulations and you will have exposure to trust, tax, data protection and unit linked insurance law.
