Your new role
This collaborative and dynamic business are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. They have a rare opportunity for a Property legal advisor to join their team in Wiltshire; this is a great role for a paralegal or lawyer looking for more flexibility and autonomy in their career.

You will provide support to the whole organisation and will become the go to resource for land and property legal advice. You will support managers in reviewing schemes/assets and ensuring title and related conveyancing information is clean and recorded appropriately, in addition to overseeing the disposal of homes.

You will work closely with the senior management team and oversee the work of external lawyers. An essential part of your role will also be to maintain good working relationships with partners such as the Land Registry and Local Authorities, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained practical experience within a similar role, either in-house or in private practice. You will be a paralegal, CILEx member, solicitor or licensed conveyancer. Experience of dealing with large estates or property portfolios in either the public or private sector will be an advantage.
