Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands. The role will initially be for a period of 3 months with the possibility of further extension dependent on the departmental workload.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous housing litigation experience. The client is ideally looking to secure a suitable candidate on a full-time basis, however part-time options will also be considered and there may be the potential for some remote working.

The role will consist of handling a full caseload consisting of housing litigation matters predominantly including possessions and injunctions. Any additional experience in other areas of law such as Property or Contracts will be advantageous, however not essential.

A rate of £30-£35 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate dependent on experience.
