An award-winning US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Senior Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join the London office on an initial 12-month FTC, to coordinate all activities and processes related to recruiting efforts for new Attorneys and Lateral Associate hires.  Responsibilities will include working alongside the Senior Manager of the team and the other Senior Coordinator with all phases of recruiting and development efforts for new attorneys and lateral hires, and assisting with the Summer Associate program, assist with the with development and implementation of a strategy regarding the future growth of the London office, acts as a lead resource for the Attorney Recruitment Department in London as required when the Senior Manager is unavailable, working with key stakeholders to determine business need and seek approval for all new associate hires, including preparing the business case, performing outreach and follow-up to Partners as required, interacting with Attorneys in a professional and productive manner, corresponds with incoming applicants and manages the interview scheduling process, coordinates information for applicant and interviewer, and ensures feedback is collated for Partner review, plays a lead role in building new or strengthening existing relationships with key legal recruiting agencies ensuring all fee rates remain competitive, responsible for handling the PSL review and updating the contract as required working with Procurement and Contract Review, manages the relationship with our Immigration supplier and handles any reviews and cases for lateral associates and in-coming Associate secondees, assisting in the development and maintenance of the headcount, immigration and Lateral Recruitment budgets, acts as a mentor and works closely with the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant. Candidates must have previous Attorney Recruitment experience, ideally within a Law Firm. Strong leadership, communication and written skills are essential.
