Senior Legal Counsel - Digital & Marketing (temp or FTC)

A well known, global telco is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Commercial, IP and Digital team based on an initial contract basis. Day rate or FTC.

On offer is challenging and complex work in addition to regular work on large scale, business wide projects spanning their digital and media initiatives.

Responsibilities will include:

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements including partnership contracts in relation to digital, advertising and media

- advising on related IP, DP and compliance matters

- acting as a legal business partner, taking a proactive role in supporting on projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and delivering commercial solutions

To be considered for this role you preferably would have trained in a reputable firm (UK, Australia, NZ) with either subsequent experience in-house or in practice as a commercial lawyer. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical skills coupled with a commercial approach.
