UK Legal Counsel

A leading worldwide shipping and logistics company are currently looking to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel, into a stand-alone UK role, to provide high quality legal advice on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. Reporting into the Senior Corporate Counsel in New York you will advise on matters such as intellectual property, data protection, litigation, property and corporate matters, including providing in-depth support for the group's M&A activities globally.

To be considered for this role candidates will need to be comfortable supporting senior executives and working on complex, high value projects in a fast-paced, complex and demanding environment. You will need to have gained 3+ years’ experience at a leading law firm or similar In House organisation dealing with a range of Corporate/Commercial matters and have the ability to work independently.
