Corporate Employment Solicitor

Our client, a top international law firm based in London, is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Employment Solicitor for the duration of a maternity cover which could run up to nine to twelve months. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work alongside an excellent employment team within a well-known City firm renowned for their international presence.

The successful candidate will be adept in all areas of employment law, particularly corporate support work. There will be a high level of due diligence work and they should be able to handle marked up warranties and negotiate them with precedence. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience and be very familiar with TUPE regulations. There will also be a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. Full secretarial support will be provided.
