Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor? Or are you looking to retrain from Residential Conveyancing into Commercial Property? A highly regarded client, based in an easily commutable area of South Manchester have an exciting opportunity to join their Commercial Property team.
This is an excellent position for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is between 2-10 years qualified. The firm are open to a range of experiences and backgrounds; you will be joining a team with a diverse level of experience, ranging from senior solicitors to junior solicitors.
It is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to retrain from Residential Conveyancing into Commercial Property. The firm have the support and facilities to retrain Solicitors into this area, as long as you are committed and enthusiastic; they want to invest in you.
As part of this role you will be working on high value matters for notable clients, running your own caseload whilst working as part of a close-knit team of Commercial Property specialists. Your caseload will include the likes of,
- Secured lending
- Landlord and tenant work
- Acquisitions
- Leases
