Locum Residential Conveyancer

Currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a 2 week assignment in July

Applicants for this Conveyancing role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Property Law, specifically Residential property as well as having a general legal knowledge. Experience should include Enfranchisment, sales, purchases, and acquisitions of both freehold and leasehold properties.

This is a fantastic short term assignment, with potential to gain future assignments with our client
