An international professional services firm is looking to recruit a Senior BD Manager, this role will see you working closely with your senior stakeholders to develop and drive revenue generating and reputation enhancing activities. This permanent opportunity will be based in their London office and reports to the Director of BD.

This is a unique role that will allow you to be contacting prospects directly focusing on decision makers and buyers directly, therefore you will have to develop a comprehensive understanding of their clients and sectors.  You will be helping to develop new clients, sectors and service value proposition offerings with the below objectives;

• Increase the number of company’s they have contacts with, mainly decision makers
• Win new work streams
• Set up and attend client and prospect meetings, ensuring effective follow ups take place.
• Be seen as a trusted advisor with the Partners and teams across the firm.
• Work with the marketing function to ensure that the firm’s insight, thought leadership and events are properly targeted, driven and deliver return on investment

The successful candidate will have proven track record in business development, face to face sales and client relationship management (ideally within a Professional Services environment). You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of pipeline, targeting and opportunity management with the ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives.
