Corporate Paralegal opportunity to work for an award winning top commercial law firm based in the city who focus on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions. This is a 12m FTC initially with the view to be extended.
About the role:
- Provide support to partners and other senior fee earners
- Conduct legal and non-legal research with a variety of research tools
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents
- Analyse documents, reports and contracts
- Liaise with key stakeholders in other practice groups, clients and other external parties
- Update electronic files, databases and bibles
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
- Must have excellent academics - LLB/LPC with a minimum of a 2, plus top A-levels
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within a top city law firms
- Will be able to work efficiently under pressure
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Will be available on a short-term notice period
