Trade Mark Support Manager

Sacco Mann are delighted to be working with this leading IP firm who are looking for a commercially minded individual to lead their Trade Mark support teams and oversee their workflow. You will report directly into the Head of Trade Marks and will have 6 direct reports across various offices, with some travel required.

The role will see you being tasked with identifying improvements across the team and communicating these to the Head of Trade Marks, as well as implementing new processes to improve efficiency. You will lead and develop the Trade Mark support teams to ensure that the commercial needs of the business are continually met, as well as identifying any performance issues and training and development needs.

You will have significant experience in managing and developing a team, as well as ideally having worked within the IP sector, but this is not essential. You must however have strong commercial awareness and a client orientated approach, along with excellent IT skills and experience of complex problem solving.
