Assistant Legal Manager - 14360/TTL

A luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced paralegal/legal officer to take on an Assistant Legal Manager role with a regional remit based in Hong Kong. You will assist and facilitate the efficient delivery of legal services and support on general commercial matters, regulatory compliance issues, and company secretarial work. Ideally, you have at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts at a retailer. Candidates with real estate experience plus regional APAC exposure are preferred. You must have good command in written English and Chinese for the role. REF: 14360/TTL
