Banking Lawyer (Interim)
We are working with a a leading international firm who require a Banking Lawyer to join their Corporate Energy team on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months.
Sought is an experienced transactional banking lawyer with upwards of 6 years PQE who is available immediately or at very short notice. Suitable candidates should have solid experience gained in private practice, ideally within a city or international firm and be confident in the full range of banking transactions. Experience of mezzanine lending in the oil & gas sector is highly desirable but not essential.
