Working closely with the Managing Director, you will manage the legal function of the group.
Key requirements
- Manage the legal function for the business
- Provide strategic legal advice
- Work closely with the Managing Director on the legal aspects of all future acquisitions
- Prepare all legal documentation
- Anticipate legal risks and minimise company exposure
Essential Skills
- Must be 10+ PQE
- Must have significant M&A experience in the UAE
- Must have experience working in the corporate and commercial sector
- Must have excellent English written and communication skills
- Must be fully-bilingual in Arabic & English (including Arabic legal drafting)
- Must have a strong track record in a senior legal position for an in-house organisation in UAE
- Ideally have worked in a privately owned family business
