Litigation Executive - Liverpool.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Litigation Executive on Merseyside, who is looking to work with one of the region's largest and most technical RTA departments. Renowned for their outstanding service and high success rate for clients, are now seeking an extremely confident litigator to join their truly specialist RTA and Credit Hire department.
The existing team is around 10 strong currently and you'll play an integral role within the team. You'll handle your own caseload of litigated technical RTA and Credit Hire cases and it's expected that you'll be able to work without supervision. You must have at least 2 years experience dealing with litigated RTA and credit hire matters and have seen a claim through it's full cycle.
