A leading Commercial Legal Services firm are recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal (or Real Estate Paralegal) to join them in their impressive Cardiff office. You will join their growing property team, which specialises in FTSE 100 companies, SME’s, banks, landlords, tenants and banks. You will join a highly reputable law firm whose benefits are head and shoulders above its competitors.

Experience

• Experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant within commercial property or real estate
• Experience gained at a reputable commercial law firm
• Connections to Wales and Cardiff is essential
• Commercially aware
• Strong academic record
• Self-sufficient and confident with the ability to hit the ground running
• Highest level of communication skills, both orally and written is essential
• Able to liaise confidentially with clients, third parties and colleagues
