Legal Services Manager

An excellent opportunity for a Legal Services Manager has arisen to join an established legal team with an NHS organisation, to be based in the West Midlands.

Our client can initially offer a 3 month contract on a full time basis. Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with previous experience working within the NHS.

The successful candidate will oversee and undertake a legal services function for the Trust to include:

• Inquests
• Undertake investigation of Medico-Legal, Public Liability and Employers Liability claims
• Legal Advice/Support
• Litigation
• Commercial and Information Law
• Analysis and Data Management
• Oversee appropriate paper and electronic filing systems are in place within the department
• General Management and Leadership Responsibilities

The position offers an hourly rate of between £25 - £31 dependant on experience.
