Housing Litigation Solicitor , Leicestershire.
We have an opportunity with a well known high street firm who have a loyal client following.
The caseload on offer here would suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 3 years PQE who have a generalist background in litigation - commercial, civil , property litigation, housing litigation etc. Also dealing with contracts.
The caseload will be varied - generalist in nature with a slight bias towards servicing public sector clients with property and housing litigation matters although you will also be instructed by landlords in e private rented sector.
The firm have a number of experts already across the departments handling matters such as rent and mortgage arrears, re-possessions, landlord and tenancy mattes, land and boundary disputes.

Housing Litigation is a specialist area of law so applications will be considered by solicitors or legal executive with a generalist litigation background and within that a tangible amount of property litigation experience.
