This role will involve assisting with the delivery of corporate governance advisory projects which will include:
- Internal audit and regulatory driven corporate governance reviews
- Undertaking Board effectiveness reviews
- Corporate Secretariat function reviews
- Designing and implementing corporate governance frameworks
- Conducting Director training
The successful candidate will be:
- ICSA qualified
- Experienced working with a financial services or listed environment
- Confident and knowledgable in corporate governance
